We have imaged the field of the recent high-energy transient Swift J1910.2-0546 / MAXI 1910-057 (ATEL#4139, ATEL#4140) with the Palomar 48 inch Oschin Schmidt telescope as part of the Palomar Transient Factory. Images were obtained in the Mould R filter
beginning at 6:26 UT on 1 June 2012. We identify the bright optical counterpart discovered by GROND (ATEL#4144) and the UVOT (ATEL#4145) at a (J2000.0) position of:
RA: 19:10:22.80; Dec: -05:47:55.9
Using a number of point sources in the USNO-B catalog, we measure a magnitude of R = 15.9 at this time.
