The MASTER auto-detection system at Blagoveschensk detected a new transient source at the position (R.A., Dec) 20h 06m 28.62s , +56d 29m 12s.9 , (J2000) with a typical uncertainty of 0.5" at 2011-09-01 14:24:25 (UT). The OT is seen at 2 images. The magnitude in filter V is about 17.7 +- 0.1 ( exptime 180s, mlim = 18.9). There is no minor planet or any object brighter 21 mag in DSS at this place. We have a number of images this field without OT with limit up to 19.0m.
