The MASTER auto-detection system at Tunka detected a new transient source at the position (R.A., Dec) = 19h 58m 28.24s , +12d 12m 52s.3 (J2000) 2011-08-19 16:44:3 (UT). The OT is seen at 5 images. There is no minor planet and any object brighter 21 mag in DSS at this place.
The unfiltered OT195828.24+121252.3 magnitude is 16.4+-0.1 .
