We report on three target of opportunity observations made of the
recurrent nova T Pyx, currently in outburst, using the Australian
Telescope Compact Array. We did not detect the source at its well
established coordinates in any of the individual observations, nor by
combining all three data-sets. The first observation started 2011
April 17.49 (UT) for 1.41 hours on source, giving 3-sigma upper limits
of 72 microJy at 5.5 GHz and 103 microJy at 9 GHz. The second
observation started 2011 April 20.39 for 1.18 hours on source, giving
3-sigma upper limits of 76 microJy at 5.5 GHz and 108 microJy at 9
GHz. The third observation started 2011 April 23.30 for 2.96 hours on
source, giving 3-sigma upper limits of 48 microJy at 5.5 GHz and 65
microJy at 9 GHz. Combining all three data sets yields 3-sigma limits
of 35 microJy at 5.5 GHz and 50 microJy at 9 GHz.
