Nova in M31

NOVA IN M31
We report the discovery of an apparent nova located at R.A. =
0h42m42s.77, Decl. = +41o15'44".4 (equinox 2000.0), which is 17".4
west and 44".0 south of the center of M31. Available B magnitude and
B-V colour from CCD images taken with the 2m NAO Rozhen telescope,
Bulgaria: Aug. 22.040 UT, 17.956+/-0.030; 0.122+/-0.065.
