We report the ongoing NIR flare of the flat spectrum radio source PMN J1913-3630, identified with a flaring FERMI LAT source reported in (ATel #2966). The source was not detected by the 2mass NIR survey. Yet, on October 28th,2010 (JD 2455497.575928), we detected a NIR source coincident with the radio position. We determined the flux from this object to correspond to H = 13.962 +/- 0.06, that is at least 2.5 mag brighter than the limiting flux of the 2mass survey in the H-band for this field. This NIR flux enhancement is consistent with the FERMI LAT detection of the source. Our observation provides further support for the identification of the Gamma Ray source with the radio one. We encourage further multiwavelength coverage for this variable source.
