MASTER auto-detection system at Kislovodsk detected a new transient source at the position (R.A., Dec) = 21h 23m 21s.37 +17o 15' 18".9(J2000) with uncertainty of 0".5 at 2010-10-26 17:20:23(UT) 5"E and 9".8S off set PGC066672 galaxy .

The unfiltered magnitude is about 17.2 ( exposition 180s, m_lim = 19.2 ).

The OT is seen on two images with 40 minutes delay.

There is no minor planet and any object brighter 21 mag in DSS at this place. We have several images this field without OT. The one was made at Tunka site at 2010-08-30 17:30:07 and have the limit 18.4m .

The spectral observations are needed.
