We report optical spectroscopic identification of INTEGRAL source IGR J13168-7157 detected in the INTEGRAL all-sky survey (Krivonos et al. 2010, submitted; working version of the catalog can be found at http://hea.iki.rssi.ru/integral/catalog ). Position of the only bright X-ray source detected by pointed SWIFT/XRT observations in error box of INTEGRAL: R.A.=13:16:54.30, Dec.=-71:55:23.7 (J2000, positional uncertainty ~5 arcsec) coincides with that of previously detected ROSAT source 1RXS J131651.8-715537. In this error circle the only relatively bright optical object is found --- the galaxy 2MASX J13165424-7155270 (V=~16.3). Spectrocsopic observations of this galaxy were made with SAAO 1.9m telescope on 2009 June 1 using Cassegrain spectrograph. Its optical spectrum clearly shows characteristic properties of Seyfert 1 AGN: broad Halpha line, narrow [NII] line, pair of narrow [OIII] lines at 4959 and 5007A, etc. Using narrow emission lines only we determine the redshift of this object as z=0.0705+/-0.0002.
