We re-observed the ultra-bright transient PTF09cnd (Quimby et al. 2009, arXiv 0910.0059) with the Very Large Array (VLA; first epoch observations described in ATel 2241). We observed at 8.46 GHz on 2009 December 18 and 20; at 4.86 GHz on 2009 December 20.71; and at 1.41 GHz on 2009 December 26.62. The source is not detected in any of the above frequency bands. At the source position RA, Dec (J2000): 16 12 08.96, +51 29 16.0, the peak flux densities are: -9+/-23 uJy (8.46 GHz), 98+/-49 uJy (4.86 GHz) and -170+/-200 uJy (1.41 GHz). We thank the VLA staff for making these observations possible.
