We report on a target of opportunity observation by Swift/XRT of the new
gamma-ray transient J1057-6027 discovered with Fermi LAT (ATel #2081). The
XRT observation started on 2009-06-13 10:45 UT and was performed in Photon
Counting mode for 1494 seconds. No sources are detected within the
~24 arcmin field-of-view of XRT. We derive a 95 % confidence upper limit on
the source unabsorbed 0.3-10 keV flux of 7.3e-13 erg/cm**2/s assuming a
power-law model with a photon index of 2 and Galactic absorption of
1.45e22 cm**-2.
