Using the ROSAT All-Sky Survey Faint Source Catalogue (Voges et
al. 2000, IAUC # 7432 ), it was found that the ROSAT source 1RXS
J175428.3-262035 is located at the edge of the INTEGRAL error circle
of the new transient IGR J17544-2619 (ATEL #190). The PSPC position
listed in the Catalogue is 17h54m28.30s, -26 20' 35" (1 sigma error
radius of 23") and the PSPC count rate of the source was 0.08+/-0.02
counts/s (0.1-2.4 keV). Observations at all wavelengths are encouraged
to confirm the association of 1RXS J175428.3-262035 with IGR
J17544-2619 and to determine the nature of this object.
