The blazar 0446+11 (PKS 0446+11; RA = 72.282303 deg, DEC = 11.356900 deg) is a high redshift z = 2.153, flat spectrum radio quasar (FSRQ) (de Jaeger et al. 2023, MNRAS, 519, 6349). It is recently found that it is located inside the IceCube-240105A error region (ATel#16398). We performed optical BVR bands photometric observation of the blazar on January 10, 2024, using 1.3-meter Devasthal Fast Optical Telescope (DFOT), Devasthal, Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences (ARIES), India. The telescope is equipped with CCD detector and UBVRI broad band optical filters. The preliminary data analysis shows small amplitide variation in the blazar brightness B = 19.301 - 19.429 mag, V = 18.333 - 18.444 mag, and R = 17.651 - 17.700 mag. Recently the source is also observed in gamma-ray by Fermi-LAT (ATel#16398), and also in multi-band radio bands (ATel#16399).
