We have detected beginning of a bright flare from the microquasar GRS1915+105 in the daily monitoring of microquasars with the RATAN-600 radio telescope. Again as in March-April 2023 event (ATel #15974 and #16008) we have measured the fluxes: 1020 +/- 30, 1170 +/- 30, 1150 +/-30, 1140 +/- 30, 1020 +/- 40 and 870 +/-40 mJy at 4.7, 8.2, 11.2, 14.4, 22.3 and 30.0 GHz respectively on 31 July 2023 (MJD 60156.829).
Thus this flare with almost flat spectrum is a quite bright one and probably it will be grow and we plan the intra-day measurements today (01Aug UT ~17-24h). Following multi-band observations can be very useful.
