Correction to the values of Atel #16143

On Atel #16143, the correct values for V0 and the distance are V0=-(8.7 +/- 0.1), d=6.8 kpc.
With the pre-Nova Vmag estimate of Vpn = 19.77 mag, the magnitude of the event was Vo = V - Vpn = 11.05 - 19.77 = -8.7.
So, V = Vo + 5*log(d) - 5 + A_V -> log(d) = (11.05 + 8.7 + 5 - 5.6)/5 -> d = 6.8 kpc.
