ATEL #15561 coordinate correction

In ATEL #15561 (MAXI J0655-013: Swift localization), there was an error in the sexagesimal coordinates, which were missing a minus sign on the declination. The correct coordinates are: RA/Dec(J2000) = 103.80155, -1.48130 which is equivalent to:
Dec(J2000) = 06h 55m 12.37s,
RA(J2000) = -01d 28m 52.7s,
with an error radius 2.5 arc-seconds (90% confidence).
