Triggered by the outburst report of H 1145-619 (ATel #15359), we checked the MAXI data and found that the background subtractions were improper.
When the region files are not set, regions just before and after the scan are taken as the background. If there is no other source nearby, it is the best method. However, in the case of H 1145-619 there are
bright sources nearby, Cen X-3 and GX 301-2, which contaminated to H 1145-619.
The contaminating amount depends on the MAXI scan direction and changes with the 70-day precessing period of ISS orbit.
We correctly set the source and background regions to avoid nearby sources and reanalyzed the data.

The light curve is flat at the persistent 10 mCrab of 1E 1145.1-6141. H 1145-619 is not outbursting.
The MAXI FOV contains not only H 1145-619 (BeXRB) but also 1E 1145.1-6141 (sgHMXB) and IGR J11435-6109 (BeXRB).
MAXI data shows none of them are in outburst.
We apologize misleading by unsuitable data analysis.
It is consistent with that both H 1145-619 and 1E 1145.1-6141 are below detection limit in Swift/BAT page.
MAXI's previous detection of an outburst from 4U 1145-619 was ATel #7215 (2015 March),
ATel #8007 (2015 September), and ATel #10203 (2017 March). It is about 50 mCrab in the normal outburst.
