Following the announcement of a Gamma-ray flare of the Blazar GB 1508+5714 by Gokus et al. in ATel #15202, I observed the source with the 30cm telescope of the Foligno Observatory (K56) with an R (Cousins) filter and a QHY174M cooled camera. With an exposure time of one hour the source was detected at the image limit, R=18.2. The Sloan DR14 value is r=20.3, while the PanSTARRS DR1 value is similar, r=20.52. Therefore the blazar optical luminosity has increased by about 2 magnitudes in correspondence of the Gamma-ray flare, a behaviour similar to other blazars.
