We inform about a new outburst of the LBV (TCP J12355222+2755559, AT 2016blu) in NGC 4559 galaxy. The observation with 6-m telescope of SAO RAS equipped by Scorpio-2 focal reducer on 2021 December 12.05 reveals brightening of the object of 2.58 ± 0.04 mag in V band relatively our previous measurement obtained with the 2.5-m telescope of Caucasian Mountain Observatory of SAI MSU on 2021 December 03.10. The follow-up spectroscopy shows numerous bright and wide hydrogen Balmer and HeI lines with P Cyg profiles as well as weak He II 4686 and FeII emissions. We estimate terminal velocity of the envelope as 2300 km/s using peak of emission and wing of absorption components of Hβ line. The spectral and photometric monitoring of the outburst are highly encouraged.
