We report an optical spectrum of AT 2021aexy (350-890nm) that was obtained on 2021 Nov. 24.67 UT with the Lijiang 2.4-m telescope (LJT +YFOSC) at LiJiang observatory of Yunnan Observatories. The spectrum is similar to that of a type Ia supernovae at a few days before the maximum light. Cross-correlation with the library of supernova spectra using the comparison tool Gelato (Harutyunyan et al. 2008, A&A, 488, 383) and SNID (Blondin and Tonry 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024) shows that it matches with SN 2003du at t = -3 to -7 days. Given a redshift of 0.039 for the host galaxy derived by SNID, an expansion velocity of about 9500 km/s can be deduced from the Si II 635.5 absorption minimum.
