We identify 2MASS J22352497+7517113 as a new variable young stellar object based on Pan-STARRS1 r, i, z, y and ZTF r filter photometry. The peak-to-peak amplitude is 0.34, 0.16, 0.18 and 0.24 mag in r, i, z and y bands, respectively. No periodicity was found in the combined lightcurve. The 2MASS colors J-K= 3.47, H-K= 1.25, J-H= 2.21 (0.04 mag uncertainty for all colors) allow us to classify 2MASS J22352497+7517113 as a T Tauri star (Lada & Adams, 1992, ApJ, 393, 278). Gaia EDR3 coordinates of the variable: 22:35:24.95 +75:17:11.5 equinox J2000.0, epoch J2000.
