MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 12h 12m 12.00s -45d 36m 33.0s on 2021-04-20.82664 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.3m (mlim=19.5).
The OT is seen in 2 images (MASTER-SAAO), and in 2 images at MASTER-OAFA at 2021-04-21 05:51:47UT with m_OT=16.8.
There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2019-03-06.92360 UT with unfiltered mlim=20.3m, the nearest in time image without OT is 2021-04-20 04:55:42UT with unfiltered mlim=18.5.
There is no known sources in VIZIER, that gives 22m POSS limit and current ampl>5.2
Spectral observations are required.
