MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 00h 43m 10.68s +41d 26m 04.3s on 2021-04-15.02956 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.2m (mlim=19.2).
The OT is seen at 3 images on 2021-04-15. There is no minor planet at this place.
MASTER has reference images, one of them was at 2016-12-21.74273 UT with unfiltered mlim= 21.3m.
Spectral observations are required.
