We report a detection from FRB 180916.J0158+65 with the Medicina Northern Cross (MNC) at 408 MHz during its active phase. Observations were carried out with a 16 MHz bandwidth, a 14 kHz channel width and a 138 us sampling time. The burst was detected on March 3rd 2021 at 14:17:29.034 UTC and has ~40 Jy ms fluence and a 8.4 ms width.
The search was performed using the SPANDAK pipeline (Gajjar et al. 2018, ApJ, 863, 2) spanning a DM range between 0 and 1000 pc/cm3. The fiducial best DM obtained from this blind search was 350.5 pc/cm3 but this was refined using pdmp from the psrchive suite (Hotan, van Straten & Manchester 2004) to obtain DM = 348.93 pc/cm3.

The MNC is regularly monitoring FRB 180916.J0158+65 for 6 days, an hour per day during its active cycle as predicted by CHIME (Chime/Frb Collaboration 2020, Nature 582, 351) and further refined by Pastor-Marazuela et al. 2021 (arXiv 201208348) and Pleunis et al 2021 (arXiv 201208372).
