MASTER Global Robotic Net (Lipunov et al., Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L)
reports on an enhanced optical activity of the flaring flat-spectrum radio quasar PKS 0438-43(Mereu et al. ATel#14446).
Following the announcement of its flaring state from Fermi-LAT Collaboration
MASTER-OAFA has observed the source on 2021-03-10 at 01:45 UT with an exposure time of 180s (5 images).
It was detected with unfiltered m=17.55+-0.06 mag.
Comparing with a reference image on 2021-01-14 when it was detected at 18.89+-0.20 mag, it has significantly brightened.
We encourage further multi-wavelength observations of this source.
