MASTER OT J082936.80-662225.5 - dwarf nova outburst, ampl>4m (only GSC2.3.2 in VIZIER)
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 08h 29m 36.80s -66d 22m 25.5s on 2021-03-02.96550 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.0m (mlim=19.1).
The OT is seen at 3 images . There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2015-03-14.88086 UT with unfiltered mlim= 20.1m, at 2021-02-23 00:27:19UT with mlim=18.5.
There is only GSC2.3.2 outburst (1991y.) and 22m POSS limit in history, that gives >4m of current outburst amplitude.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J212145.40+332617.7 discovery - new optical source (no any data in VIZIER)
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 21h 21m 45.40s +33d 26m 17.7s on 2021-03-03.26976 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.8m (mlim=17.4).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2016-07-12.14064 UT with unfiltered mlim= 19.8m.
There is no any sources in VIZIER database, => current outburst amplitude >5.2.
Deep photometry and spectral observations are required.
