MASTER OT J151726.86-742404.1 discovery - optical outburst with ampl>4.7m
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 15h 17m 26.86s -74d 24m 04.1s on 2021-01-13.95986 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.3 at 2021-01-13 23:02:12UT (mlim=19.9).
The OT is seen at 2 images in 2021, and at 8images in 2014,2018 for ex., at
2014-12-19 23:25:53UT with unfiltered mOT=17.6, at
2018-09-20 18:55:20UT with unfiltered mOT=17.9.
We have reference image on 2020-03-21.86358 UT with unfiltered mlim= 20.5m.
There is no any sources in VIZIER inside 3".
Spectral observations are required.
