We report on a spectrum of the transient ZTF20acufmah = AT 2020abfk. We obtained the spectrum on 2020-12-01.72 UT by using a fiber-fed integral field spectrograph (KOOLS-IFU; Matsubayashi et al. 2019) mounted on the 3.8-m telescope Seimei at Okayama Observatory of Kyoto University.

As reported to TNS, this object was discovered by ZTF at g=19.48 mag on 2020-11-29.22. It was not detected on 2020-11-27.38 by orange-ATLAS (limiting mag = 18.88). After that, this object brightened to g = 15.32 on 2020-12-01.19 and r = 15.22 on 2020-12-01.29. According ASAS-SN sky patrol (Shappee et al. 2014 and Kochanek et al. 2017), past outburst was found on 2016 (peak V = 15.221 on 2016-01-29.27). There is a PanSTARRS counterpart at g = 21.9.

Our spectrum shows blue continuum and an emission line of Hα (FWHM ∼ 15 Å). Other lines are not there, or cannot be distinguished from the noise.

These features favor this object as a dwarf nova.
