We report optical R-band and H-alpha observations of the M81 transient
AT2020aarv discovered on 2020/11/21.962 by Xingming Observatory Sky Survey (XOSS). The observations were performed with the FoReRo2 focal reducer at the 2m RCC telescope at NAO Rozhen, Bulgaria on 2020 Nov 23.126 UT in R-band and 2020 Nov 23.142 UT in H-alpha (FWHM of 3 nm). For photometric calibration of the R and H-alpha (AB system) magnitudes we used standard non emission stars from Stetson photometric standard stars. We obtained for AT2020aarv R=19.44 ± 0.05 mag on 7x120 sec co-added images and mHα = 18.92 ± 0.16 on 5x300 sec co-added images.
