We obtained an optical spectrum (range 385-880 nm) of the transient AT 2020uyn(=TMTS-2020B), discovered by the TMTS (Tsinghua University-Ma Huateng Telescopes for Survey), on UT 2020 Oct.7.5 with the Xinglong 2.16-m telescope (+BFOSC) of NAOC. The spectrum is consistent with that of an overluminous 91T-like type Ia supernova a few days before the maximum light. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the "Supernova Identification" code (SNID; Blondin and Tonry 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024) shows that it matches with SN 2005eq at t = -3.5 days from the maximum light. After correcting for a redshift of 0.047 (via narrow Ha emission line from the host galaxy 2MASS J19102518+4740009), an expansion velocity of about 11500 km/s can be derived from the absorption minimum of Si II 635.5 nm.
