MASTER Global Robotic Net ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
reports on an enhanced optical activity of the flaring blazar PKS B1406-076 detected by Fermi-LAT (Buson et al. ATel #13882).
MASTER-IAC and MASTER-OAFA observed the object on the 14th of July and 14th of June, i.e. 4 days and a month before the flare.

We used GAIA catalog for flux calibration.
We conclude that before a gamma-ray flare object had increased its optical flux by at least a magnitude since 14th of June.
We encourage further multi-wavelength observations of this object.
