MASTER OT J190128.31-394744.1 discovery - outburst with ampl>5.7m (no VIZIER)

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 01m 28.31s -39d 47m 44.1s on 2020-07-07.93287 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.3m (mlim18.3=).
The OT is seen in 9 images on 7th of July, and no OT in MASTER archive database since Dec.,2014 (for ex., there is reference image on 2018-11-02.83181 UT with unfiltered mlim= 19.9m).
There is no any sources in VIZIER database, it means 22m in POSS history and more then 5.7m of current outburst amplitude value.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J185940.58-544939.1 discovery - outburst with ampl>3.8 (no VIZIER)
AT2020omt
MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 18h 59m 40.58s -54d 49m 39.1s on 2020-07-11.14163 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.2m (mlim=19.2).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2017-04-04.29039 UT with unfilitered mlim=19.7m.
Spectral observations are required.
