During Fermi GRB200623B inspection (Lipunov et al. GCN #28018 with cover map and OT position)
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 22h 44m 53.60s -47d 32m 23.6s on 2020-06-24.16403 UT (but preliminary not connected with this GRB).
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.4m on 2020-06-24 03:56:12UT, 04:02:03UT (east and west cameras)
(mlim=18.2).There is no OT on
2020-06-23 20:30UT with mlim=19.0
2020-06-24 01:59UT with mlim=17.7
2020-06-24 20:42UT with mlim=18.9
There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference images: without OT on 2019-11-30.80062 UT with unfiltered mlim= 18.7m, on 2019-04-03 02:50:17UT with marginally seen OT with m~20(
There is USNO-B1(Gaia, etc) source with possibility to be UVCet type flare .
Spectral observations, deep photometry are required.
