MASTER OT J130446.92-510049.5 discovery - prelim.dwarf nova outburst, with ampl>4.7m (no VIZIER data)

discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 04m 46.92s -51d 00m 49.5s on 2020-05-09.88362 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.3m (mlim=19.3).
The OT is seen in 6 images, including:

We have reference images without OT on 2015-02-23.00725 UT with unfiltered mlim= 20.7m, the nearest in time at 2020-05-03 22:18:29UT with m_lim=19.4 .
There is no any soucres in VIZIER database, it means 22m POSS limit and more then 4.7mag of current outburst amplitude.
Spectral observations are required.
