Correction to ATel #13656: X-ray flux of XTE J1739-285

In the GSC X-ray fluxes reported in ATel #13656, the effective area of the GSC was not taken into account correctly. The 2-10 keV peak flux of the outburst was about 200 mCrab on around 2019 October 1, and the flux on April 20 was 99 +/- 6 mCrab. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
