MASTER OT J150719.46-283114.9 discovery - high amplitude outburst (dwarf nova?), >7.2m amplitude

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 15h 07m 19.46s -28d 31m 14.9s on 2020-02-01 03:50:00 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 14.8m (mlim=18.7).
The OT is seen in 4 images

We have reference image on 2019-06-09.89366 UT with unfiltered mlim=18.5m.
There is no USNO-B1/GSC/Nomad etc. sources, it means 22m POSS limit and more then 7.2m of current outburst amplitude

Spectral observations are required.
