MASTER OT J040052.30+340438.0 detection - ampl>3.2m

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 04h 00m 52.30s +34d 04m 38.0s on 2020-01-28 20:53:15 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude was 17.4m (mlim=19.1).
There is an image with OT on 2020-01-18 22:40:45 with m_OT=15.8 in MASTER-IAC database, it means >3.2m current amplitude (we have reference image on 2019-08-06 03:36:38 UT with unfiltered mlim= 19.0m and m_OT~mlim.)
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J153340.65-414810.4 detection - ampl>3.2m
2020boq

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 15h 33m 40.65s -41d 48m 10.4s on 2020-01-31.24237 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.3m (mlim=18.0).
The OT is seen in 3 images (2020-01-31 05:49:01,06:01:04; 2020-02-01 06:06:47).
There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2020-01-28.23427 UT with unfiltered mlim= 18.2m , on 2020-01-30 05:59:41UT with mlim=18.0, on 2016-06-29 19:05:28 with mlim=20.5, it gives ampl>3.2m.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J164641.18-633807.4 discovery - outburst with ampl > 3.2 or 6.2m

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system detected OT source at 16h 46m 41.18s -63d 38m 07.4s 2020-01-31 08:45:08.67.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is with m_OT=15.8, there are 3 images with OT.
We have reference image on 2018-03-20 04:24:52 with mlim=19.0, so ampl of current outburst is more then 3.2m (there is no OT in USNO-B1, it gives 22m POSS limit and more then 6.2m of current outburst ampl)
