MASTER183808.75+194856.5 discovery -SLSN in SDSS galaxy or dwarf nova outburst with ampl>5.5m

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 349171 )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 18h 38m 08.75s +19d 48m 56.5s on 2019-11-04.83303 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.5m (limit 18.0m).
The OT is seen in 2 images in MASTER-IAC and in 2 images in MASTER-Kislovodsk 3 hours earlier. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-03-11.24365 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.5m (so not contradict to SLSN scenario)
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at:

MASTER145850.96+370445.8 discovery - CV outburst with ampl>5.4m or PSN in SDSS galaxy

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 14h 58m 50.96s +37d 04m 45.8s on 2019-11-03.64317 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.6m (limit 18.5m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2010-05-13.87591 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.3m. There is Sloan galaxy in 1" , but there is upper limit on 2019-10-20 17:06:56UT with mlim=18.4m.
Spectral observations are required.
