We announce the beginning of public reports to the Transient Name
Sever (TNS; https://wis-tns.weizmann.ac.il) of transients saved as a
part of the volume limited experiment of the Zwicky Transient Facility
(Bellm et al. 2019; Graham et al. 2019). The volume-limited experiment
saves transients with at least two detections in either g or r
filters separated by at least 30 mins, and coincident within 100" of galaxies with known
spectroscopic redshifts in Census of the Local Universe (CLU; Cook et
al. 2019) catalog. We plan to report all transients passing this
filter in the ZTF public alert stream (ATel #11685) to TNS with the
"sender" keyword set to "ZTF_CLU_PUBLIC".
Here, we report the discovery of 5 transients reported since 2019-10-27.
