MASTER OT J163434.40-770810.6 detection - preliminary CV outburst, ampl>4.9

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 16h 34m 34.40s -77d 08m 10.6s on 2019-10-14.82771 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.1m (mlim=18.1).
The OT is seen in 2 image. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2014-12-18.98411 UT with unfiltered mlim= 19.7m, on 2018-10-19 20:24:54 with mlim=18.7.
There is no sources in USNO-B1, it means 22m DSS limit in history and more then 4.9m of current outburst amplitude
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J222210.55-391548.9 detection

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 22h 22m 10.55s -39d 15m 48.9s on 2019-10-03.99630 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.8m (mlim=19.7).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.

We have reference image on 2019-07-09.98991 UT with unfiltered mlim= 20.1m.
Spectral observations are required.
