We report on an independent observation of the recent NIR Flare of the Blazar CTA102. On August 20th, 2019 (MJD 2458715.9156) We detected the object with the following NIR fluxes; J = 14.573 +/- 0.03, H = 13.590 +/- 0.05. Our J band photometry being in agreement with that reported in ATel# 13051 While our previous determination yielded (H = 14.542 +/- 0.03) on MJD 2458659. Hence the object doubled its flux in this short time. The object has shown faring activity in the past (see ATel# 11167), it is included in our monitoring program of AGNs. Our observations are carried out with the 2.1m telescope of the Guillermo Haro Observatory operated by the National Institute for Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics (Mexico), equipped with the instrument CANICA a NIR camera. We encourage further multi-wavelength coverage.
