discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 12h 36m 16.92s +56d 23m 56.9s on 2019-08-14.75345 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 10.8m (limit 17.9m).
This OT is seen in 78 images with m_OT~14.1 at 2010-03-27 18:18:07 / 2019-08-12 19:40:40UT,
and 4 images with m_OT=10.8 on 2019-08-14 18:04:58 / 18:21:24UT
Spectral observations are required.
