FRB 190711: IceCube neutrino search

The IceCube Collaboration (http://icecube.wisc.edu/) reports:
IceCube has performed a search for track-like muon neutrino events arriving from the direction of FRB 190711 (ATel #12922) in a time window 200 seconds in duration centered on the burst time (2019-07-11 01:52:01.100 UTC to 2019-07-11 01:55:21.100 UTC), during which IceCube was collecting good quality data. Zero track-like events are found in spatial coincidence with FRB 190711 during this time period. Accordingly, the time-integrated muon-neutrino flux upper limit at the alert position assuming an E^-2 spectrum (E^2
dN/dE) at the 90% CL is 1.4 x 10^-3 TeV cm^-2 for this observation period. 90% of events
IceCube would detect from a source at this declination with an E^-2 spectrum are
between approximately 100 TeV and 20 PeV.
An additional search was performed to include the entire 24-hour time window centered on the burst time (2019-07-10 13:53:41.100 UTC to 2019-07-11 13:53:41.100 UTC). Zero track-like events are found in spatial coincidence with FRB 190711 during this time period, and the corresponding time-integrated muon-neutrino flux upper limit assuming an E^-2 spectrum (E^2 dN/dE) at the 90% CL is 1.5 x 10^-3 TeV cm^-2.
