We report the discovery of the rebrightening of the M31 recurrent nova M31N 1960-12a (Rosino 1964). The last detected outburst was in May 2013 (M31N 2013-05b, ATel #5091, #5092, #5099, #5123, #5145, #5271).
The nova with coordinates 00:42:55.66 +41:14:12.46 was detected on 5x300sec co-added images from 50/70 Schmidt telescope at Rozhen NAO Bulgaria on 2019 July 08.950 UT. The R magnitude of the object is 16.70 +/- 0.04 mag. No object is visible at this position down to about R=20.0 mag on 2019 July 06.942 UT. We encourage additional follow-up observations.
