MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 07h 06m 34.76s +63d 50m 56.9s on 2017-12-30.7916 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.2m (limit 18.2m).
The OT is seen in 7 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2018-11-05.97083 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.4m.
