discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 21h 29m 07.97s -02d 17m 11.4s on 2018-10-12.92647 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.6m (limit 19.1m).
The OT is seen in 10 images (2018-10-12 21:09:49.066UT-23:11:04.966UT). There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-06-03.08791 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.2m.
Spectral observations are required.
