MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 07h 17m 34.94s +49d 21m 08.7s on 2017-12-11.07885 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.1m (mlimit=19.6m).
There is no minor planet at this place.
There are 7 images with PSN. It's in 30.1"E,3.9"S of disc galaxy PGC2340602 (Btc=16.3)
We have reference image without OT on 2016-05-05 21:23:00UT with 19.6m unfiltered magnitude limit
Spectral observations are required.
