MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system

discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 00h 04m 35.75s +20d 19m 42.5s on 2017-11-16.44846 UT.
The OT unfiltered is 17.6m (limit 20.3m).
The OT is seen in 15 images. There is an image in I filter in MASTER-IAC on 2017-09-11 03:23:02.35UT with m_OT=18.0.
We have reference images without OT on 2016-10-27.46852 UT with 20.2 unfiltered magnitude limit. The discovery and reference images are

MASTER OT J020344.24+304238.8 detection - BZBJ0203+3042 flare

MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 02h 03m 44.24s +30d 42m 38.8s on 2017-11-14 15:03:02 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.0m (limit is 20.0m).
The OT is seen in 8 images. There is unfiltered image on 2017-11-09.49758 with m_OT=16.5.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-11-23.52672 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.2m.

MASTER OT J115158.31-472158.9 discovery - CV, ampl>5m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 11h 51m 58.31s -47d 21m 58.9s on 2017-11-12.09500 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.8m (mlim=18.1).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. There is no known sources in VIZIER inside 4".The nearest source is GSC2.3.2(USNO-B1) star in 4.7" with only blue (1977.221) jmag=20.8, it means more then 5m amplitude of current outburst.
We have reference image on 2016-08-04.73343 UT with unfiltered mlim= 20.3m.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J033915.96-270426.0 detection - UVCet flare

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 03h 39m 15.96s -27d 04m 26.0s on 2017-11-13.11413 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.6m (mlim=18.8m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-09-29.25153 UT with 20.0m unfiltered magnitude limit.
