MASTER OT J065137.35+702559.3 discovery - new OT, no VIZIER data, ampl>5.6m

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 06h 51m 37.35s +70d 25m 59.3s on 2017-09-17.89615 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.4m (limit 19.0m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We reobserved it at MASTER-Amur on 2017-09-20 12:06:35 with uniltered (W=0.2B+0.8R calibrated by thousands USNO-B1 stars) m_OT=16.9 (fading).
We have reference image without OT on 2012-02-28.67922 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.5m.
There is no OT at this coordinates in MASTER database since 2009
There is no any known sources in VIZIER database, it means 22m POSS limit and more then 5.6mag of current outburt amplitude.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J025211.84+753147.6 discovery - ampl>4.8m

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 02h 52m 11.84s +75d 31m 47.6s on 2017-09-17.94856 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.2m (limit 19.3m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2017-01-28.65383 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.8m.
There is no stars in VIZIER inside 3", => ampl>4.8mag (the nearest star is Sloan source in 3.8")
Spectral observations are required.
