MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 03h 16m 27.40s +46d 26m 25.1s on 2017-08-23.76780 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.0m (limit 17.7m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-10-05.92051 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.1m.

2) MASTER OT J015849.49-230854.3 discovery

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 01h 58m 49.49s -23d 08m 54.3s on 2017-08-19.00590 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.5m (limit 19.3m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2014-11-20.82788 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.9m.

3) MASTER OT J210147.06+171727.8 discovery

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 21h 01m 47.06s +17d 17m 27.8s on 2017-08-19.00713 UT.
The OT is seen in 2 image in filter I and OT is seen in 1 image in filter B.
The OT magnitude in I filter is 16.7m (limit 17.3m).
The OT magnitude in B filter is 16.8m (limit 17.6m).
There is no minor planet at this place.

MASTER071304.54+573809.5 detection - QSO flare?
MASTER-Amur auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 07h 13m 04.54s +57d 38m 09.5s on 2017-08-22.71093 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.4m (limit 17.7m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-03-26.59887 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.3m.
Spectral observations are required.
