MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 01h 20m 14.45s +03d 24m 10.6s on 2017-07-11.21322 UT. The OT magnitude is 16.7m in 'I' band (image upper limit 17.8m) and is 17.3m in 'B' filter (image upper limit 18.9m)

The OT is seen in 9 images. There is no minor planet at this place. This optical transients is close to galaxy NGC 474.

We have reference image without OT on 2015-11-08.98530 UT with magnitude limit in unfiltered filter 19.8m.

Spectral observations are required.
